I had a brow lamination and lip wax done. I did not like how the brows looked. When I told them that I was not happy the response was that “it’s because I am not used to them that way” and they would not fix my brows. For the lip wax, my makeup was not removed before the treatment and I could still see hair on my face afterwards.
