Unfortunaly not satisfied. The lady tried her best and was very helpful but the result is not what I wanted. She bleached the brows as I asked as the colour was darker than I asked but after bleaching she couloured them back to darker than before bleaching. So the bleaching was useless. Nice lady tho.
