Elena is kundig en vlot. Neemt de tijd om te horen wat de bedoeling is. Ik heb een vrij gevoelige huid maar door haar vlotte manier was het threaden nauwelijks pijnlijk.

Lashes did not lift , when contacting the salon they offered me 20% off my next treatment which I can’t have until December as you cannot have multiple lash issues . Took a long time to reply and refused to give a refund or fix without me paying more .
