I had to wait to 45mins + for my booked appointment. &Brow aimed to avoid the error that they had overbooked everyone by ignoring me, appearing like they didn't care, or the situation would go away. If it was a drop-in I would understand - but a timeslot needs to be punctual, that's the whole point! :/
