Scheduled appointment but had to wait 40min in place to get my turn, pointed out that I didn’t want my brows dark, wanted something natural, finally went out with my brows extra dark AND an injury on my eyelid (still red and hurting after 3 days). Not worth the price nor time.

I went to thread my face and brows and it started with some waxing. But they over waxed my face and ripped my skin off. Now I have big scars on both sides of my face and they were very obvious. I emailed them the photos and called them but didn't get any response. It was really unprofessional. And my Christmas party was ruined.
