This was the WORST treatment and service I have ever had. They charged me 65 euros to have my eyebrows singed, burnt and ruined and they do not care at all. They made my eyebrows look completely ridiculous. I have emailed them numerous times and called them to speak to them about their appalling service that ruined my eyebrows for 2 months and they couldn't care less. They have NO IDEA what they are doing - many other very very top quality brow specialists in Amsterdam. DO NOT GO HERE.

The workers were nice but the service was very unprofessional and lack of quality. When I entered to the hair removal room, I found myself with a small room (7m2) without windows or running air and with poor light.

Wenkbrauwen geverfd hier en het resultaat is top! Heel aardig personeel met oprechte interesse in wat je wensen zijn. Enige puntje is dat er niet vooraf naar allergieën werd gevraagd. Maar gelukkig kreeg ik van deze henna geen reactie, dus misschien hoeft dat ook niet. In short: ik kom sowieso terug!
