Not a pleasant waxing experience - the room was dark and not air conditioned. The wax used did not stick very well, probably because of the room temperature and probably because it is a cheap wax. The lady doing the treatment was lovely and friendly but in a rush and I felt as though she just wanted to finish as soon as possible, and she did not get rid of all the hair which I only noticed when I got home so I had to remove the hair myself.
