She was in the rush at 10 am, didn’t do a good job, my skin was not soft still feeling some hair, didn’t ask if the wax was hot and didn’t try to be gentle. Never asked if it was ok just told me that it was done after 10 min. Never again even for 29€. For 30/35€ you get a better treatment.
