I recently booked a foot reflexology massage at your salon, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
While the massage itself was pleasant, it was clearly a standard foot massage, not a reflexology session, which is what I had specifically booked and paid for. I reminded the masseuse twice during the session that I was expecting reflexology, but she did not adjust her technique.
At the end of the session, I shared my concerns with the receptionist, who told me she had asked the masseuse to provide the correct treatment and that it was not her responsibility if it wasn’t done properly. Later, I contacted the owner, who explained that the treatment was done “gently” because I am pregnant. However, I had mentioned my pregnancy at the time of booking, and no one told me reflexology would be modified or contraindicated. Had I known this, I would not have booked the session at all.
I felt misled and, frankly, scammed. The treatment I received did not match what was advertised or what I requested, and no compensation or alternative solution was offered. I am deeply disappointed by the way this was handled.
