It was frustrating and very unsatisfying experience. I asked them to cover my gray hair and they didn't cover anything. I asked for a little lighter hair, I sent the photo of my hair and what I wanted and they told me it was fine and when I arrived their response was that they couldn't do it ,They left the roots of the hair completely dark. The price is not what it says in the app and they always increase. the girls were all very kind and attentive, the head massage was very good.

Altijd fijn om langs te gaan bij ByImogen! Ik kan de pedicure en massage bij Helen aanraden. De salon ziet er altijd schoon en netjes uit en er hangt een fijne sfeer. Ruim assortiment producten waarover ook voldoende kennis is bij de medewerkers waarover ze graag adviseren zonder aan te dringen. Erg vriendelijke, professionele en vakkundige medewerkers! Ik verheug me nu alweer op mijn volgende afspraak! :)
