Nancy begreep gelijk wat ik graag wilde met mijn haar. Nam uitgebreid de tijd om mee te denken en eerlijk advies te geven, waardoor mijn haar niet onnodig zou beschadigen. Ik was erg blij met het resultaat!

It was frustrating and very unsatisfying experience. I asked them to cover my gray hair and they didn't cover anything. I asked for a little lighter hair, I sent the photo of my hair and what I wanted and they told me it was fine and when I arrived their response was that they couldn't do it ,They left the roots of the hair completely dark. The price is not what it says in the app and they always increase. the girls were all very kind and attentive, the head massage was very good.
