The Place is nice and the Atmosphere is friendly. However, the quality of the nail treatment (Gel lake) was unprofessional

The utensils used for the manicure were just sitting in a glass - there was no sterilization and after finishing with me they just went back in the glass which I am worried were used on the next person again with no sterilization. Sylvana was very nice but she didn't seem to know what she was doing. Unfortunately she lacks skill. It was by far the worst manicure I ever received and I get my nails done every two weeks religiously
