I will always go back to Micaela - been going to her for 2+ years and she is amazing. She listens to what you want, but also gives advice. e.g. I sometimes get my hair coloured, she suggested to let it grow out, have it uncoloured for some time, and then do it again. So I can feel fresh and new. I really feel she is very customer centric and actually cares about how you walk out of there. Also the banter is FANTASTIC <3
