Very kind support from Davide, to direct me to their second shop location. Very nice welcome and complementary coffee (and during a cold rainy day, it was even better). Professional and skilled service from Micaela. Really satisfied and appreciate her expertise and suggestions. Pity that I got my umbrella swapped: got a less nicer umbrella back. But trust will be "kind an unwritten rainy days rule" in Amsterdam ;-)
