I was a bit late and I haven’t seen that there was a member of the staff looking after customer’s reception and I went straight to my barber.This member of the staff went ballistic because of it,started being very rude and putting up an offended face, murmuring for a good 15-20min. I asked coffee with sugar and received it without, plus had the feeling this guy was still irritated when I left. I was wrong but I am still a customer and his attitude wasn’t pleasant at all.
