I had a very nice experience overall. There was a small issue with the shower, but once I mentioned it to Irina, she immediately acknowledged it, so I’m confident it won’t happen again. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars, I'm sure next time will be an easy 5-star experience.
