The keratin was done okay but the straighteners used were old and kept pulling my hairs out. However, good value for money.

Irina put a lot of care in the treatment. She makes sure her clients feel safe and taken care of, so she pays attention to detail and puts hygiene first. The treatment seemed very professional and like a medical facial more than a spa treatment. She takes time for each client and is super friendly and attentive.
