I was a loyal client of Vanessa’s for almost two years, and our appointments were always easy and great. That’s why my latest experience was very disappointing. I showed up and I am told she had moved without any notice. I tried contacting her through Instagram, the Treatwell number, and email, but never got a reply. Her socials still have the same address, which adds for the confusion. I’m giving 3 stars only because I’d feel bad giving 1 after so many good past appointments.
