I booked a massage but no one was there when I arrived. After waiting 30 minutes and reaching only voicemail, I left. About an hour later, Dylan called to apologize and offered a discount. I returned and had a 50-minute massage in a simple, quiet room without music, which I found relaxing. He mentioned plans to add speakers soon. The oil was fragrance-free, which was fine. Dylan was polite and kind, though I’m not sure if I’d book again.
