Ik had een afspraak om 14.15 en was om 15.45 aan de beurt zonder een bericht/belletje vooraf dat het uit zou lopen.

Cleanliness should be improved. The brushes were dirty and full of hair. My scalp was itching afterward. I was not satisfied with the haircut: I wanted a blunt bob, but all I got is cut straight across under ear. I asked to texturize the edge to soften it a bit without making layers, but my explanation didn't work either. I will go to anothersalon to fix this one.
