I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with Nikola!
When I walked into the salon on Monday, my hair was in a very fragile condition. The colour was washed out, uneven, and completely out of balance. Nikola spent an incredible four hours carefully transforming my hair, and the results have been amazing.
My hair has gone from dull, lifeless, and fragile to shiny, healthy-looking, beautifully balanced in colour, and styled to perfection. Not only did I leave with gorgeous hair, but I also walked away with a wealth of advice and guidance on how to care for it properly.
What truly sets Nikola apart is her genuine care for her clients. Three days after my appointment, she checked in to make sure I was still happy with my hair. Of course, I was! That level of aftercare and professionalism is rare and greatly appreciated.
Nikola is honest, knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly professional. She also has a wonderful sense of humour, which made the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing.
