I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was the worst haircut i've ever had. I asked for a simple trim and she ruined my hair. When I went to a different salon to get it fixed they couldn't believe their eyes. They said they didn't think a hairdresser had done it. I wouldn't recommend going here for a haircut to anyone - it was really awful. I know treatwell didn't hear from her when I raised a complaint either... Overall a terrible experience and now I have to pay the price...
