The Spanish girl with the curls in her hair pulled my hair so hard that it made my eyes water. She didn't speak any English at all. The final result looks nice, but considering how much she kept yanking my hair while brushing it and straightening it, I'm not sure it was worth it. Straightening my hair was painful too because the hot straightener was so close to my scalp and the back of my neck.
