She was very accommodating, a very very nice person overall and she gave me coffee with a cookie which was a new experience while i got my nails done! However 3 fingers on each hand was bleeding because my cuticle was cut to tight, during and after the procedure i was wincing as i feel the sting from each product she uses on me. A day later my ring finger and my pinky finger aas swollen due to the cuts.
