The stylist was great, however the general experience with this hair shop wasnt the best. They rescheduled my appointment 20 minutes before it starts, so I had to call them to see what is the problem. I planned my tripped and I was already at the hair shop, so it was terrible from them to reschedule 20 minutes before we begin. After I called them, they agreed to respect the original time with another hair stylist, which was good, but I am still disappointed in their approach.
