I had an amazing experience! I got my virgin 3b hair relaxed, blow dried, flat ironed and cut. The process was very professional, I had a call with Magdalene a couple days before to talk about my hair and what it needs. She told me not to wash my hair before hand or scratch my head. Good tips! During the apmnt she took her time, explained every step and we had a dialogue the whole way through about the style I wanted. I left with perfectly sleek smooth hair, I’m in love!
