My feet were a mess after a marathon. Somehow, she fixed an in-grown toenail, a fungus nail, a broken nail and still managed to make my hooves look presentable for Christmas - I had a very inflexible window and put time pressure on her. She was literally cool as a cucumber and very reassuring with her professional approach to my feet.
