Bad. I went for a gel removal. They were 20 mins delayed. Then the gel removal machine kept heating up my nails. There is still gel nail polish on my hands after I left. They charged me for a gel removal and manicure, saying I picked the wrong one whilst booking, however they knew this was the case, as did not have space for me to have had a manicure as there was a next appointment straight away.
