Since it was the first time I went there, I was asked to fill in a questionaire about skin condition, health, lifestyle etc. After a scan of my skin, a quick chat about my needs, the beautician, Roos, began with treatment. She explained well what she was doing and she worked very precisely. She was super friendly, attentive and competent. My skind looks and feels wonderful and the overall experience was great. I'll definitely become a regular.
