Ozlem was fantastic! This was my first visit to the shop. I have kept my natural strawberry blond hair color as I have greyed. Ozlem helped to match the color and it came out great! The blow out was also lovely. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in the salon and appreciated the knowledge of the staff. I will definitely be back again!

Ik had een afspraak vandaag bij Cleopatra om 19:00 en de kapsalon is gesloten. Dit terwijl ik vooraf alles netjes hebt betaald. Ik hoop dat jullie zsm telefonisch contact met mij opnemen en mijn geld teruggeven! Dit is echt SCHANDALIG.
