I had a hair Botox treatment at this salon a few weeks ago. It was my second time and the service was friendly but the shampooing was done by an inexperienced young lady.
Unfortunately for whatever reason, the hair Botox did not reduce the frizz in my hair. I went over to the salon and spoke to jasmine, and also showed her pics of my hair. She assured me that she would chat to the owner and give me a call / send me a message about what will be / could be done the next day. I was going on holiday the week after (today) to a hot and humid place, so I wanted to know if anything could be done before I left.
The next day (Sunday) came and went and so did the week, without a call or message. So on Saturday I went over again and once again spoke to Jasmine who assured me that she’d get back to me.
It’s now Monday evening and no one has contacted me. This is really disappointing and poor customer service.
