I went for a haircut and treatment and left really disappointed. The person who started my haircut wasn’t the same who finished it, which felt very unprofessional. I clearly explained I wanted several layers, showed photos, but they barely paid attention and didn’t follow my instructions. The treatment made no difference, they even charge for coffee, and for the high price I paid, it truly feels like I threw my money away.
