Overall the staff is SO welcoming and the salon itself is clean and calm. I enjoyed a hair wash + masque (no hair cut). However, I have 3b 3c hair which needs a lot more than leave in and mousse. The stylist didn’t use any brushes for curl clumping, didn’t use gel, & touched my hair and scrunched while diffusing causing frizz. Looked like a poodle & had to wash my hair the next day. Not sure if I should’ve guided the stylist but I expect them to know the hair type and style it better than me.

Je kan een kapper/kapster selecteren bij het boeken per behandeling, wat handig lijkt. Echter mijn keuze kwam een half uur te laat aan in de studio en er waren geen andere opties. Letterlijk een half uur in stoel zitten wachten.
