An unprofessional business that refuses to take responsibility for its own mistakes.
I went for a facial to reduce my blackheads. Before the treatment, they analyzed my skin and noted that I had visible capillaries close to the surface. I also clearly said I don’t like extraction during facials.
Despite this, they repeatedly used a cleansing spatula on the same spot, which caused a wound on my nose. When I noticed something was wrong and touched my face to check, they blamed me for the injury —
