There was a completely different person working, not the one advertised. The choice of colors was limited to a very basic pallet. The gel chipped just 5 days after and lost all its shine, I think because they’re using low quality or old gel. It was a pretty rough manicure, the skin around my nail was red and inflamed, looked rough with regrowth in just 4 days or so. Normally I would come back to fix a chipped nail, but this place became really dodgy so I really won’t recommend

I wasn't informed about the nail artist change, and nobody apologized. The price list was incorrect, and I had to unexpectedly pay an extra 35€. The nail artist, Victoria, wasn't friendly and didn't handle the situation well.
