Magdalena was polite but she did airtouch instead of balayage. I asked balayage with contrasting dark roots and a smooth transition to the bright blond with light strands near to face for face framing but I got a grey-white full head blond, it doesn’t match me at all. She chose a wrong technique. Never choose “prepaid service” with new stylist ,better “pay in salon”. C’est une vraie usine , ils n’écoutent pas le client.

The experience was as good as always. I could not be happier with the color and my new fringe. Arica always listens carefully to what you want and tries to nail it. Thus, the result is always great.
