Not once have I left here in the past 3 years unhappy! Every time I get an excellent cut and great suggestion on how to style and change. The whole team is fabulous !

When I came in they told me that he was running late, 10 mins. Which was fine. But those 10 turned into 30 when a shouting match started between a client and himself who was dissatified about the coloring. It went on and on and after 35 mins I finally got offered a tea. After 45 mins a guy says 5 more minutes. Guido now starts working on another person in the chair while not once acknowledging me. He starts talking and laughing for 25 mins. Left after 1h20 min without anything done.
