My hair has fallen out in the back and she didn’t let me know. Since she has knowledge on hair she can let me know on the health if anywhere has obvious breakage, especially in the back of the head where she styled and the hair stuck upwards. It’s an obvious chunk of hair and I only noticed it after the appointment. Also it seemed she was not knowledgeable on simply hair advises. However I like the haircut so much. That is my feedback.
