The hairdresser was an amateur, who claimed he had a 30 year experience
It was his first day on the job, hardly spoke or understood english.
He was given the formula, but since he obviously lacked any experience he did not apply it properly. The result was a total disaster.
A bigger blame goes to the owner who bluntly misinformed me about this dilettante Needless to say he lost his best customer since the start of the colourlounge
