The quality of the nail work is very poor, Mona seemed to be in a hurry to her hair customer.
The application of the polish is uneven, nails are not properly filed, polish is so far from skin it looks like my nails were done already a week ago.
I had to point out her mistakes, if I didn’t, I think my nails would need to be redone right away.
It’s sad to see that you are charged a price of a professional by someone not qualified to do the job

Tevreden met het resultaat van tandenbleken, service daarentegen erg slecht. Hooguit 4 woorden gewisseld tijdens mijn hele bezoek. Mevrouw spreekt geen Engels, geen warm ontvangst, geen toelichting van wat er gaat gebeuren (ze begon direct terwijl ik helemaal niet wist hoe de behandeling eruit zag), je moet 40 minuten liggen (zitten zou veel comfortabeler zijn), geen evaluatie van het resultaat en geen enkel advies over de nazorg.

My hair was shiny and nourished afterwards, and of course, cut and styled. But besides that the atmosphere, service, etc. were bad. I was excited to try a new salon. Maybe I came on a bad moment. Because they were all obviously hard working, nice people. Just too busy with lots of other things, during my haircut. Again, very nice people and great haircut result. It was the process and atmosphere that were not so nice, is my personal opinion.
