The treatment took what felt like a very long time, and I get waxed often so I would know. Jana was very polite and professional, she wanted me to feel comfortable. Unfortunately the treatment was a bit sloppy, the following day I had some bruising from the treatment on my inner thighs and some red burn marks on my leg. I also still have hair where I received the treatment, so it doesn't feel like the most complete job. That is annoying to me, who spent a lot of money on the treatment.
