Vrij onaardige en vooral hardhandige vrouw die geen woord zei. Ik heb tot 3x toe moeten aangeven dat het pijn deed bij het verwijderen van nagelriemen. Ook trok ze mijn hand vrij hard naar zich toe. Kortom niet echt een fijne ervaring helaas!

I didn't have the treatment so I cannot rate it. The machine was not working and I ws offered another treatment, to which I said no. Sonam was kind and nice, but also it seemed she was not prepared to receiving me.

Overall positive, but cleanliness of the place should be improved (especially in the treatment area, towels, machine used) and a little more focus on the result of the gellak would be great, although the team is very prone of fixing mistakes!
