Friendly lady and have been to the salon before, but won't be back anymore. She accidentally cut 5(!) of my cuticles too short so they started bleeding. 2 of which needed a plaster and they're still irritated today (3 days after the manicure). Also, they used automatic filing, which I asked not to do as this takes off too many layers of your nails. But she insisted and continued with the automatic file, even taking parts of the skin on the side with it. All in all, very unpleasant experience.
