It was painful when she cut my cuticles. There was even blood coming from one finger. I said “oh look there’s blood”, then she just cleaned it and didn’t even apologized.
After I left the place, the nail polish went off, the French manicure was damaged for several nails, even when I had waited for long time before moving. The reason is that the white nail polish layer was super tick, so it never really dried. I needed to buy nail polish and fix those nails. Why did I pay for manicure, then?

I booked my treatment with Dina, who had good reviews. When I arrived and announced I had an appointment with Dina no one said anything and I had my pedicure with the person with
the worst reviews. Totally not acceptable. My feet still hurt a
lot after this treatment. The place could do with a good deep clean, the tiles on the treatment area felt sticky and dirty. I only went there because my regular stylist is on a long vacation, but I would never go back again.
