I booked a double pedicure for me and my friend. This was canceled last minute as there was only one member of staff available. Therefore we had to go one after the other. The appointment started 15 minutes late. There was no hot water so a kettle was used to fill the sink for the foot soak. Boiling hot water near skin is not ok. I had a spa pedicure, my friend had regular. Each one took over an hour (too long). The only difference seemed to be a 2 min scrub on my heels.
