Having had this type of treatment before, I knew what to expect in terms of comfort. At the end of the treatment 25 minutes, I explained to the therapist that it didn't feel like the machine got cold enough. She assured me that it did, but I suspected something was wrong.
At my next appointment I monitored the screen on the handpiece applied to my skin, and to the screen on the machine. I took photos and alerted the therapist at the end that the machine spend 22 minutes out of 25 at above 0° the treatment is not effective if not around -4° for the duration of the treatment time.
Therapist wanted me to pay, and other therapist in the salon was rude. On the phone the salon owner agreed that something was wrong with the 2nd treatment. Still waiting on refund of first treatment as it's clear that something is not working correctly.
