While trimming the dead skin around my toes, the nail technician had cut my skin. Even after the bleeding, she didn’t even look up to apologize. I politely told her not to trim too much because I have thin skin, but she went right ahead and cut my other toe. And again, no apology. And the painting of the nails was sloppy. She only gave it one coat of colour then the top coat. Such a disappointing, stressful experience.
