Painful pedicure, never asked for the shape I wanted (ended up filing myself a couple of nails after asking repeatedly for a shape),towel was used for all customers,they never soaked my feet or hands (said it wasn't booked but also wasn't explained while booking),color I asked wasn't found so they pick another one without telling me, they didn't want to do the manicure on the manicure table because it was more confortable for the lady so I was bending and uncomfortable
