I’ve been happy with my previous visits, but this time felt different. I had to wait 20 mins past my appointment, as she was finishing with another client. And the cut felt a bit rushed, some really long strands were missed and I needed to cut myself at home. I really like her and usually trust her work, so I hope it was just an unusually busy day. Looking forward to a better experience next time!
