Ik wilde in de lunchpauze een gellak laten aanbrengen. Na 15 min wachten werd ik geholpen, door iemand nog zonder ervaring, die zowel geen Engels als Nederlands sprak. Het ging al erg langzaam, maar het vijlen ging niet goed, onderhoud nagelriemen leverde wondjes op en de nagellak zat er niet goed op en werd niet goed gedroogd. Na ruim 45 min heeft een collega het overgenomen en zij moest weer opnieuw beginnen. Dit ging goed en resultaat was mooi, maar ik heb er 1,5 uur gezeten.
